Aaron is the owner of The Factory. He opened The Factory in 2013 and has created an encouraging and motivating community for everyone ever since. He wanted to create a space for people to come and improve not only their fitness but themselves in general. Aaron helps people reach their full potential while having fun doing it. Aaron studied Kinesiology Exercise Science at DMACC, UNI, and ISU. With 15 years of military experience, he demonstrates the definition of discipline and leadership every day.
Carley is from Waterloo, Iowa and now attends Iowa State University. She grew up playing all sports, specifically track and swim in high school. She is now a part of the Iowa State Swim and Dive team. Carley found her passion of exercise through the sports she played growing up. Being coached all her life, she wants to do the same for young athletes like her. Carley is majoring in Kinesiology Exercise Science and minoring in Business Management. You will most likely see Carley coaching in the early mornings.
A professional CrossFit judge... Billy knows and loves all things CrossFit, especially the community. Billy is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Iowa State University with multiple other degrees from multiple universities. He comes from a sports background, being a dual-sport athlete in college, he has learned to use fitness for his wellness in all areas of health. Billy prioritizes and coaches the balance of nutrition, exercise, rest, and wellbeing.
A local resident from Gilbert, Iowa, Cooper currently attends Iowa State University studying Kinesiology Exercise Science. Previously, Cooper played football at Missouri Western as a linebacker for the Griffons. He loves seeing people push their limits and succeed at what they worked so hard for, that's why he is so passionate about coaching. Cooper exemplifies hard work everyday, not only for himself, but for others as well.
Jack is currently a Masters student at Iowa State University studying Biomedical Sciences. He is a big runner, stands for a good cause, and loves all things fitness. Jack knows fitness is the key to living a long and healthy life, which is one of the reasons he eventually wants to be a college professor and enjoys being involved with research. You will most likely see Jack coaching the evening classes. If you're looking for support, Jack is your guy.
Originally from Minnesota, Taylor currently attends Iowa State University Studying Kinesiology Exercise Science and Psychology. Taylor has always been involved with fitness, coming from a sports background competing in gymnastics and track, she knows the impact physical activity has on your physical and mental wellbeing. Taylor has a passion for coaching individuals with not only their physical performance but their mental performance as well.
